A bead shaped like a tiny hive is the centerpiece here, complete with a sweet tiny bee dangling beneath.

I've topped the beehive shaped bead with some painted leaves and added a couple of crystals for a bit of flash. Two itty bitty bee charms hang facing one another beneath the hive.
