This design is a delicate tribute to all the heart horses of the world. You'll know if you have one: the horse that reads your mind whether you're on them or not; the horse that for a time has completed your life; the horse that resides in your heart forever. If you have one or have had one you are one of the lucky ones to experience what I believe to be the epitome of a horse-human bond.

There are three delicate strands to this beautiful necklace: a chain with a horsehead within a horseshoe charm, a strand of petite faceted gold pyrite beads and a strand of chain with small stations of filigree. The necklace measures approximately 20 inches at full length, but can be shortened for a choker effect with it's lobster-claw clasp.

The metal is solid antiqued brass.
