This mug features a tarot card, Temperance XIV. This design is from a tarot deck I've created entitled Chain of Life Tarot, comprised of vintage photographic imagery altered, collaged, stacked, and reassembled in Photoshop to make new original pieces.

This is the Temperance Card representing the balance that we need to find in our lives, the need for the blending of opposites to find a happy medium.

I've portrayed Temperance as a tightrope walker standing over Niagra Falls (swift emotional waters) and balanced between night (feminine energy) and day (male energy). This original piece of art uses two vintage photographs and computer-generated imagery of the sun and moon. I love the imagery in this card so much; it's my favorite card design, and I love the theme of moderation in all things makes for a well-balanced life. It is perfect for those who struggle with addiction and are trying to find a coherent balance in their lives.

The side of the mug has the title of the tarot deck, "Chain of Life Tarot."

This mug comes in a box suitable for gifting. The mug is dishwasher and microwave-safe.
