I created this piece with several rubber stamped images that I meticulously colored with pencils and mounted on an obituary list from an old 19th century newspaper. I call it Born to Die. The main image is of a skull that's crying.A raven with an inner eye sits upon it and two small seeminly metallic toy rabbits guard it.I reduced it and laminated it for the frame.
The necklace and frame that this picture is in is of my design and manufactured for me. It measures from the outside edges, 1 inch x 1 11/16 inches or 32mm x 40mm.It comes in either an antiqued silver-plate or antiqued gold-plate. In a larger format it allows the art to be better seen. It does open up and a new picture can be slid into the frame. The chain necklace measures 18 inches long.
